My favorite piece of technology is the cell phone because it allows me to entertain myself, learn new things, and stay connected while allowing me to stay organized on my calendar.
I use my cell phone almost all day to stay in touch with my loved ones and write down my pending tasks.
I think that the cell phone is a very good tool for everyone but it can distract us a lot, which is why I recommend using it but constantly reviewing the configuration of the hours intended for its use since many hours can be invested in its use without being aware of this.
So using this device can be one of your best allies or one of the worst, it all depends on the use you give it.
